How do I get started?
Download Walk Up DJ from the App Store, sign in with Apple, create your team, and add your players. Pick a walk-up song and an announcer intro for each player and you're game-ready.
How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To change or cancel, open Settings on your iPhone → your name → Subscriptions. To restore a purchase on a new device, use Restore Purchases in the app's Settings.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all data (teams, players, songs, announcements, game history). You can also email us and we'll delete it for you.
A song or announcement won't play — what do I check?
Make sure your device isn't in Silent Mode, check the volume, and confirm the player has a song assigned. If it persists, email us with your device model and what you tapped — Settings → Send Diagnostics helps us find it fast.
